Security Deposit

Reservations require a security deposit of $500.00 to confirm your booking.  Your deposit is applied to the vacation rental total and is required at time of booking.  You can pay your deposit by Visa or Mastercard or you may mail a cheque or money order. Balance of reservation is due 60 days prior to check in date.

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit is required at time of check in.  This amount varies based on the unit.  $500.00 is the standard damage deposit and fully refundable at time of check out less any incidentals including lost or damaged items, late check outs, excessively unclean units.  Damage deposits are required by a valid credit card.

Cancellations:

A $100.00 fee will be charged if you cancel or change your reservation 1-6 days after booking.

Your deposit of $500.00 will be retained if you cancel or change your reservation 6 days after booking and at least 60 days prior to check-in.

Cancellations of less than 60 days prior to check-in, full amount will be retained unless unit can be re-rented in which the full amount less the security deposit will be refunded.
